love is signing a contract of reciprocation. you respect my boundaries I respect your boundaries. emotional bonding follows a well negotiated contract. people fuck up when that contract isn't well defined, or emotional fusion is pursued for itself as an end. the contract always expires, and eventually needs to be renegotiated or replaced.
