Notes on Light

most people die making do and fuck it all when something good arrives. cleopatra - "i was late for the love of my life, but when I die i'll be on time." it's a game of managing distortions and distractions, keeping life moderate enough to make space for the light when it arrives. it's easy to lie to oneself, it's easy to justify pain through indifference or false attachment. funny enough it's easier to see in the fireflies when you're not blinded by others' headlamps. i like to think love is that faint glow in the distance. everything good found in moments of peace and reasonable due diligence. greg a isakov words - "did you ever notice the way light means more than it did all day long?" I guess it's all about patience, faith, and temperance. I hope my choices enable me to receive what is meant for me. I hope that I am good.
